GotYourBack Support values any feedback from the customers and does everything to fix all possible issues. However, if you are still not satisfied with our products and services and may require a refund, please get acquainted with our refund policy.
Please note that purchasing a subscription license confirms Customers’ awareness of the features and functionality of the service, as they should have already examined EULA, information, and description about the service set forth in this agreement and on the official website.
Refunds are given in case of problems directly related to the quality of our service.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
The contract can be revoked with a guarantee of a full refund within 30 days.
GotYourBack offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for Remote Assistance services. After 30 days, but within 6 months from the date of purchase, the customer can receive a refund in the amount that corresponds to the difference between the price of the subscription plan and the price of a 1-time fix ($149). However, if the customer had their devices fixed more than once during the 6-month period, then an additional $99 will be deducted for every next fix that came after the first one.
For our “One Time Fix” Orders, the Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 30 days, beginning at the time of the 1st Incident.
If the service is used for more than 6 months, it becomes non-refundable.
If you use the service 10 times within the 6-month period, it also becomes non-refundable.
A refund request can be claimed only during the subscription period.
Certain refund requests may be considered by our company on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
Before requesting a refund, the customer must inform our Premium Assistance department of any issues that may arise in relation to our service.
After the service plan expires, there will be an automatic charge. This fee will be charged indefinitely during subsequent months unless you call or email us letting us know you wish to cancel your subscription. Telephone and email reminders of available services will be made and sent to subscribers regularly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however, all monthly charges prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription fee grants you unlimited access to our online remote services, but you are not entitled to a refund if you did not utilize the service. Some Clients may be charged a lesser monthly amount due to promotions or discounted price offers.
Our Support department agents are obliged to take all possible actions within their competence to fix the problem. If they confirm that the problem cannot be fixed, a refund will be given. The company is not responsible for any independent actions taken by the customer or help from third-party companies.

After receiving the refund request the support agents may need from 1 to 5 days to process the received materials and provide a qualified reply.
If a refund can not be provided due to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the customer will be notified about the denial via email or phone as soon as possible.
Once the refund is completed, further usage of the service becomes illegal.
The average time of the refund procedure is 5-7 days (the amount of time needed by the bank to process the payment). In case there is a doubled charge due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, the Company is obliged to give a refund upon the first customer’s request.
All processing fees are non-refundable.
The logic of the Refund Policy also applies to refund a subscription plan purchased with any type of discount.
